Just the same as the ratification of the 22nd Amendment did not apply to the then-sitting President, Truman, the repeal of it would not apply to Obama.

If the 22nd ammendment is repealed, obama, and every last person who voted for that, should be killed. The repeal would be a direct attack on the constitution and it must be repelled.
