Workman's comp opened the courts back up ~ probably not a good outcome if you think about it I was speechless when the comp. woman asked if I had a lawyer. Who was I going to sue? The college for having a curb, or for having a gravel parking lot? The bootmaker that made the heel on the boot? I simply stepped off the curb and hit the ground, a set of circumstances that just happened. It's called "an accident". I didn't blame anyone - stuff happens.
