Not just whites (perhaps largely so), but rather neighborhoods need to work together to draw some lines.
I have mixed relatives- it ain’t all about color. It’s about stopping inner city thugs.
You don’t target by race- you circle the wagons by mutual interest.

Eventually that bloc-vote, privilege-asserting behavior (which is what the Knockout Game really is) will provoke a very bad reaction which will harden up the "identity politics" of the future to include frequently-spilt blood, just like Northern Ireland, Lebanon, the former Yugoslavia, and Rwanda.
