I wonder what would have happened if the GOP house had refused to pass the budget control act. The GOP would still get the blame, and Dems and media would have shown outraged Americans who could not get passports, the US credit rating crashing, etc.

gilbos plan would go a bit further...everybody show up to the House and finds a pocket Constitution on their table...

*IF* they would be willing to stay home and get real jobs, the principles could be revived...
