“Reserved for Hybrid Cars”. I park in those spots with my fuel-injected gasoline car. If anyone challenges me, I tell them I run a complex oxygenated fuel mixture that is 14 parts air to 1 part gasoline.

there is no hybrid only law. In fact most all states have equal access of the road laws.
It is one of the reasons the pregancy parking is unenforcable since it discriminates.
