How about just making all students learn American history, starting with the Mayflower Compact?
Better yet, start with the Bible, a month of Church History to understand why the Mayflower Compact was significant, then let them re-evaluate World and American History. It isn’t a ‘white man’s’ story, but it does help to place racism in a better perspective, including modern day racism against anything white.
