At my Airport, American turned the station over to American Eagle to work all flights, including Mainline AA flights.

The $20+ an-hour American Airlines employees had the choice of transfer, retirement, or termination, and were replaced by new Eagle Employees at $9.50 an-hour.

And they had almost 1,000 applications for the 30-some jobs.

I am utterly amazed that so many buy in to the bullsh** of Filthy Rich Democrats telling the sheep to “HATE THE RICH!”, while those same Democrats get even richer off the hate.

Any chance it's because of what Clinton and the RATS pulled off with Banking Regulations they wrote. Like FORCING all lenders to give - and I mean GIVE - money to people whose odds of paying it back were next to zero! Or the massive fraud and corruption at Fanny and Freddy all under the eyes of the RAT controlled congress. Which iirc sort of had an effect on the Housing market and 'wealth' of all homeowners when the deadbeats went deadbeat on their loans.

And currently, like since king Barry claimed the throne the credit rating of the USA has been downgraded TWICE! Annnnnd that little gimmick of Barry's boys Hank and Timmy called Quantitative Easing, that thus far they pulled off twice: QE1 and QE2. Which sort of devalued the Dollar to the level of the the freaking Peso!

Wait, I was confused for a sec. I know now the above is wrong, my mistake. It was all Bush's Fault! It was him and his dang spending after that little thing that happened on Sept 11, 2001. So what if the NSYE was closed for a couple days and our economy was in a meltdown mode after it reopened due to uncertainty of the future.

But maybe worse of all, Dubya never promised us a Pony, or never gave us a FREE Bush-Phone dammit to hell! So it has to be all his fault. Yep, him and partner in crime, Darth Cheney -- Harrumph! Harrumph! Harrumph!

Well to be fair, a significant number of former American jobs are now done in places like China.

We must reverse that, and bring back US jobs.

That is critical, and what everyone is ignoring. It must happen, and soon.

This guy took the median middle class net worth and then compared it to the average 1%er’s net worth. I would like to know what the median 1%er’s net worth is. Here in the Northeast, I know many who make more than 400k per year, which I believe would qualify them as 1%ers. Thing is, none of the folks I know are worth anywhere 14 million. I suspect the median 1%er is worth less than a million due to medical and law school loans as well as mortgage debt.

And officially you are once again fully employed, the fact that you earn only 82.6 percent of your former income matters not but in your own terms you are 17.4 percent unemployed, kinda funny how that works. The trend continues, in real terms I think the peak was reached at least forty years ago for the middle class and has been downhill ever since. Young people don’t even know that there was a time when people finished high school, went to work and were married homeowners with children at 22 to 24. The fact that so many have cell phones, big tvs and home computers does not make up for all the other things that have been lost.
