New York City being a sanctuary city, anybody who has been detained and faces deportation must have met DHS guidelines of being a high-priority case.

What a crock of bleeting heart hyperbole. $6M / year for illegal alien invaders. Meanwhile the same lack of legal representation for foreclosed-upon American citizens remains a problem, with the same needs from families torn from their homes and school, and the mental anguish from losing the family home.

I guess NY just tosses homeowners under the bus because they have a stake in the community and likely vote GOP and lower property taxes.
