have never been to Liberia or Swaziland, but Morocco is pretty safe, though I wouldn't want to live there either.
If you liked the scenary in Morocco, you would love Oman -- outside Muscat. Incredible. And very safe, even for women (but they MUST be burkha clad -- these are Ibadi Moslems
