I have had a couple of chances to discuss the issues face to face with Rep. Capito.
On a scale of 1 (Olympia Snowe) to 10 (Rand Paul) I would rate her about a 7.
I'll definitely support her. Hopefully the WV GOP has seen the last of serial loser John Raese.

I think 2014 can be another GOP wave election like 2010. The off-year election following a second term re-election of a private usually leads to huge losses of the party in power. I’d like to see that trend magnified to the maximum degree.
