Times are tough on a lot of us, but if you've got a job, really, $5 a month? You're going to miss that? How about turning off the lights when you leave the room? How about dropping the thermostat a degree while you're not at home? How about skipping that fancy pants coffee twice a month?
All we're asking for is $5 a month. Get out that wallet, input your Debit/Credit card #, set up a monthly and forget about it.
If this ham-n-egger can be a dollar a day guy, you can pony up $0.17 a day. Seventeen cents a day for all the time you spend on FR?

Fine. I think it’s stupid this thing has lasted so long.
I’ve contributed twice already but, in defense of other Freepers, I think we all spent our wallets on candidates we supported this year.
I know I blew through thousands. I got some good results for my money and I was rational in my giving.
It was to first, get the candidate I wanted, second, failing that get a majority of Republicans/Conservatives elected locally, State and nationally.
I didn’t expect Romney to win as there wasn’t any daylights difference between that putz and Obama on policy, making his candidacy pointless as it didn’t solve any problem.
In fact, his candidacy, like all top ticket candidacy pulled the down ticket candidates and the result was less voters. Hence, instead of getting a mathematical certainty increase in the Congress and the Senate, we got FK’d.
Bottom line and it’s Romney’s fault but, also the fault of those who said ABO. It’s a stupid strategy as people don’t do things only to avoid pain, they have to have an even greater “why” to do things and what the result will be.
Romney wasn’t a “why” and it’ll be better because?????
We know Barrack gets two black robes and most people didn’t even consider that.
So all that money went out of our wallets and the only reason this Freepathon is going slow is our tills are a bit light from this election cycle.
