Nope, I was able to pack all of that into a small soft suitcase with wheels no less. The small items I first packed in a compartmentalized plastic case.
The larger stuff is in my bug out trunk toolkit and gear, things like bolt cutters, claw hammer & crowbar, wrenches & pliers, fire extinguishers & more baking soda, waterproof tarp & blanket & rope, yellow hazard tape, tow strap, jumper cables, kitty litter, emergency flares, tire foam, and one of my most used items, a folding chair. Still plenty of room.
So I figure toss my BOB in the trunk, and based upon how many other passengers, fill every spare inch of the interior with packaged food and water. I like food and water.
