I worked on my bug-out bag all day yesterday. Except it is an entire diesel truck: locked, loaded, and well-supplied. Yesterday did maintenance on fuel filters, generators, solar battery bank, etc. Regarding neighbors, in my case I act as aloof and unsociable as possible. No need for them.

Just bought a 72 hour survival kit from Costco online yessterday. It’s a start. We are going to research what we will need for at least 3 months bugging in for now.
