Healthcare workers or not, I don’t understand being able to force anyone to do anything to their body without a court order and a darned good reason.

It is correct to be able to make it a condition of employment. Company owners have a right to freedom, just like employees.

When you enter an agreement with a company or person, you are simply making laws that bind the two parties. It is your choice to enter into the agreement or not.

They are not being forced to do anything: it's a condition of employment and if you don't meet the condition, you're released.

Quite simple.

Impeach the kenyan or secession.

are teachers forced to get shots?...for flu?..for whooping cough?....for hepatitis?....they work with our little kids and germs are passed around all the time....so are THEY required?....

how about postal workers?..they wipe their noses and touch all our mail and deliver it to us....

food handlers?......butchers?....restaurant workers/

seems to me that anyone using paid for health care should be forced to get flu shots and pneumonia vaccines....afterall, they're bringing germs into the healthcare setting and exposing all the healthcare workers....

just playing devils advocate here...

but some people like to force others to do things they themselves would not.....how can that be legal, let alone fair....
