I have MS, I didn’t get it after a flu shot, but it did present itself within a few months after getting the Hep B vaccine series(I was working in the health field back in the mid-90’s) and Hep B vaccine had become a requirement.

Since MS, I had the flu shot a couple times, and had a pneumonia vaccine, and each time I’d have a vaccine, I’d have an exacerbation. Coincidence, maybe...and only anecdotal, but my neuro said “No more vaccines for you” and that was years ago, I took her advice, and I’ve never gotten the flu.

I am so sorry you have this disease. Now I am second guessing myself as to whether this acquaintance said he had a flu or hep shot.
