Not sure if I would make a law requiring Uzi and Mac 10 ownership....but I would give every opportunity to STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ownership of them. You make a very good point about the accompilance getting away...
Another interesting aspect is once the victim starts shooting even armed perps start running. These perps are truly brave. :>)
