LOL, probably about 70% of our nation came here after all the original turmoils ended in the late 19th Century. She probably wasn’t of age when Uncle Gary experienced what was the good ole days, which they turned to S#!t, after the 60’s.
My family came here in 1952, from Austria, after having left Serbia (Yugoslavia), after pretty much having everything destroyed or ransacked by both Nazis and the Soviet occupiers alike. Now, I look and see the situation in the United States, and I am feeling, yeah, these people on TV and in the electorate have totally forgotten about what screwed up Europe with WWII the Holocaust, and the Communist occupation.
