It's a Boehner trap to try and convince Conservatives that he's fighting for us. There hasn't been a “budget” in 4 years and Boehner knows that there's not going to be one in the next 4 so there are no “budget talks”. If he's serious then he'll tie it into the Continuing Resolutions.

I called my GOP congressman’s office to ask him to vote AGAINST Speaker Boehner. The GOP needs a Speaker who will fight and win!
