Guess what, the men and women in the cemetery she's disrespecting died to preserve her right to express herself as she did.

It appears she broke the law...

This is a punishable offense; 32 CFR 553.22 - Visitors’ rules for the Arlington National Cemetery. (13) Engage in any disorderly conduct within the Cemetery grounds. For purposes of this section, a person shall be guilty of disorderly conduct if, with purpose to cause, or with knowledge that he is likely to cause, public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm...(iv) Utters to any person present abusive, insulting, profane, indecent or otherwise provocative language or gesture that by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;

I believe 'provocative gesture' applies here.

The fad for a lot of liberal young people is to act as edgy (insulting, hateful and immoral) attention whores these days.

Although liberal attention whoredom is a hit on your tee vee and your anti-American, whitey hating, homo college campus; it’s not so much in real life.

A lot of these people are incurring consequences that are ruining themselves and others. They are wracking up criminal records, addictions, broken relationships, life altering disease and mental illness.

This one got off easy if she just lost a job but learns from the mess she’s made to begin acting like a decent human being again.

"She did a disgusting thing but does not deserve to be fired from her job for it or hung from a tree."

Her job is to supervisor and direct "special needs" adults. That was her responsibility while escorting them to Arlington National Cemetery. The 30 year old misfit's actions in that capacity suits her less for a staff member of that institution as it does for a resident.

Losing a job, that her actions demonstrated her to be not suited for, is not the same as being "hung from a tree" and the heroes resting in that cemetery did not die for misfits to keep their jobs no matter what they do or say while on that job. Sell your "knee jerk" and clueless Constitutional defense someplace else!

To Mz Stone. Jane Fonda, in her youth decided to have a photo shoot of herself sitting in a North Viet antiaircraft battery, she probably thought that was cute at the time. That photo has followed her for decades, thru her ruined career. Even now, millions of military veterans get a little vomit in our throats when we see that picture, and we still hate the old communist Hag. There are urinal stickers of Jane Fonda all over America still.
What you did is pretty close to that. I suspect that you are just some loudmouthed Moron idiot. Who knows though, there could be a urinal sticker for You too.

“in case you missed it”

Woman loses job over post on Facebook
By Jessica Heslam | Thursday, November 22, 2012 | http://www.bostonherald.com | Columnists
Lindsey Stone — the Plymouth woman taking an online beating for posting a photo of herself flipping the bird at Arlington National Cemetery on Facebook — has lost her job.

“Lindsey resigned and we accepted her resignation,” LIFE Inc. CEO Diane Enochs told the Herald last night.

LIFE Inc. of Hyannis — a Cape Cod nonprofit that helps adults with special needs — announced last night they have let her go, along with the woman who snapped the offending photo.

Ironically, the announcement was made on Facebook.

“We wish to announce that the two employees recently involved in the Arlington Cemetery incident are no longer employees of LIFE. Again, we deeply regret any disrespect to members of the military and their families. The incident and publicity has been very upsetting to the learning disabled population we serve. To protect our residents, any comments, however well-intentioned, will be deleted. We appreciate your concern and understanding as we focus on the care of our community,” the statement reads.

Stone was keeping a low profile yesterday. Her father, Peter Stone, said earlier yesterday he’s not sure his 30-year-old daughter will be back for the holiday: “She’s not happy at all. She’s just devastated. She had no idea that she was going to hurt anybody. It was never her intention.”

The photo shows Lindsey Stone giving the middle finger and appearing to yell next to a sign that says “Silence and Respect” near what appears to be the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The picture was taken during a work trip to Washington, D.C., last month.

Stone and her pal, Jamie Schuh, were initially put on unpaid leave while their bosses investigated. The pair apologized in a statement late Tuesday, saying they were “deeply sorry.” Stone was a case manager at LIFE. Schuh, who could not be reached, was a case manager supervisor.

“I was saddened and disappointed that someone would take this kind of photo,” Enochs — who initially thought the photo was a “hoax” — said earlier yesterday. The photo was posted on Stone’s personal Facebook page. It ended up in the blogosphere and spurred several Facebook pages, including “Fire Lindsey Stone,” which had more than 32,500 likes last night.

“She’s not happy at all. She’s just devastated. She had no idea that she was going to hurt anybody...”

That pretty much sums up her problem, pops.
