Provisional AND absentee?
I wonder what the breakdown is...absentees automatically count, right? Provisionals are not automatic....unless you mean provisionals that will be counted, after others are rejected.
‘PROVISIONAL’ means if it has votes for (D) it’s fine. If it has votes for (R) is is suspect and must be thrown out.............
