Put some Infra-red LEDs on a hat and you are invisible to CCTV cameras.

But unless a whole lot of people are doing it, putting infra-red LEDs on your hat will make you stand out of a crowd (on CCTV) like a guy carrying a flaming torch.

Communism always fails. We haven't yet reached the point here in the U.S. where people are standing in line waiting to receive bread which doesn't exist because nobody has an economic incentive to make it; but we are getting closer.

Government pensions cannot be paid. Social Security cannot be paid. Due to inflation, even active government workers will soon receive dollars which will be so worthless as to give meaning to the saying, "They pretend to pay us and we pretend to work".
