The examples of Elijah Cummings and Charlie Rangel are hilarious and the saddest thing is if they were convicted of an egregious felony their constituents would relect them.

According to SCOTUS citizens can’t sue states at all, except for “civil rights violations.” If they can’t get it right, why would you expect it from Congress?
