Who said he’s leaving? He’s got a great gig going on there and like Clinton before him, does not want to give up all that free stuff and worship from his masses. As he has totally ignored the Constitution to date, he will ignore leaving office. The Clintons had Mac McLarty looking into a way around the Constitution up until the moment they walked out of the WH, Bubba wanted to stay so badly. This group has many Clintonians working within.
