Aw, sweetie! You have to work up to that stuff at our age. I’m trying to do some weight lifting and treadmill walking now that my heart has recovered.

I need to keep it slow because I can’t afford to be sore for a week between sessions, LOL! Baby steps and pacing are my friends.
