I mean, go for it, but I’m coming to the conclusion that a person’s politics are pretty closely tied up with their basic personality, and 47% of this country is sociopathic. Same here. I'm 46. I've unfriended people (or they unfriended me, I don't care) some people I've known for 40 years because they were true Obamabots. I've resolved to myself that I'm going to do my best to dig in and survive, take care of Mom and my cats and hopefully find Mrs. Right that believes as I do. I'll lob a few shells their way if they get out of hand but right now it a time to take stock, eliminate people and things from our lives that drag us down and to work on strategy. Almost anyone born from 1955 onward that voted for the Bamster is "persona non grata" to me. The older folks, I still see them as making a stupid move but they are so ingrained with FDR well, they will never change. The younger ones, they should know better.

Not interested in changing depraved minds that regurgitate mass propaganda; more interested in shutting down their vapid/disingenuous arguments because like I said, I do not fools, especially during Holidays/when I am trying to enjoy a good meal.

Emotional and easily led creatures are pretty much a lost cause. I just want a peaceful meal, thus study facts, number crunch, and sharpen my ridicule skills before engaging in public/private functions where Marxist/dumb downed creatures are likely to be, i.e. dinner parties, family gatherings, and public events.

One thing I am not, silent or bite my tongue due to the fact that I have kids that will be in the middle of the short-sighted pragmatic policies politicians we vote for are encumbering them with. My tolerance would be a lot more lingering if I did not have kids.
