I guess the Twinkie’ defense won’t be used, since Hostess is out of business.

I think they are going after the Congressmen, just because he is black. This is racist for sure, and probably the search will find that George W. Bush is to blame. I can´t see it any other way. All roads lead to George W. Bush, he messed everything up, and caused this bipolar in Jackson. If Bush had of done more in health care, Jackson would be well today.......

The Teflon defense, look the other way he's black, welcome! social justice where the color of your skin gets you a “get out of jail free” card. Oh it may look serious according to the investigation the reporting the coverups but you and I can bet that the ol slap on the wrist is the end result and another term to continue his good work for “the people” Remember it was reported that he was missing, then sick, then suffering from bipolar, then being treated in a mental institution, all a well known tactic of theater to show he is the victim in all of this and inspite of all the missing money, affairs, payoffs and bribes he still is a man who works for "the people" that will set him free

It’s an interesting episode. He wants medical retirement...on bi-polar reasons. The FBI has nothing to do with medical retirement and are continuing their entire case...with no work toward a deal which involves medical retirement. Jr hasn’t figured this out yet....but they can put you into prison...even if you are bi-polar. As for the folks around him who were getting favors? They are on the hook now with the Feds.

This is Obama’s Justice Department. He must have somehow offended The One at some point. Or knows something.

He's toast now. Sandi will never forgive him for dumping her for a blonde.
