Once Holder was held in Contempt of Congress and laughed it off, Congressional impotence was exposed. With a lawless Administration and a corrupt Department of Justice, the only real power Congress has is the power of the purse and Boehner has been unwilling to use it. Unless the GOP House is willing to cut off the money, Obama will make the GOP increasingly irrelevant.
