Holy crap. We are only sixty miles away from Colorado City. Maybe I’ll go over there on December 21 to watch the lifting up. I hope for certain the ugly women disappear.
Come and get my Oatmeal, Jeffs - I dare you.
Seriously, there have to be some really weak-minded people in FLDS land to fall for this stuff. Don’t hold your breath over Dec 21st 2012 either. A lot of nonsense. I’ll say it again come the New Year.

Michael Rood has studied the Bible for 40 years and his teaching are based on scripture and not of his visions or special interpretations. He goes to original sources when available.
He has a video where he lists a number of prophecies that remain to be filled prior to the second coming. I couldn't find it for you, but perhaps the above will be informative.
The second coming begins the start of a new age, not the end of the world, no matter how bad it gets.
IMO, Rood is closest to narrowing down the season, based on his studies, of anyone that I know. The Bible speaks of people going mad trying to interpret when the end of this age is going to occur. Just keep that in mind...
Why do people continue to believe in false prophets after they’ve been wrong time and time again? Democrat voters do the same thing with obama. They just keep believing.
So they are just going to float around in the sky until God finishes smashing everything else into itty bitty pieces?
Then God will say okay you can come down now — whats that you forgot your parachutes? AAiiiiiiiii! SPLAT!
When you have one too many wives you would probably want the world to end quickly.
I did see a Sign, just today.
While trying to access a page, had to type in a Captcha image which ominious said:
The End Is Near.
Especially when most of your wives still wear diapers.
Maybe he was really talking about the demise of Twinkies, which, to some, is worse than the end of the world.
“... Warren Jeffs has banned oatmeal, turnips and dairy products ...”
He has also proclaimed that all temple garments (AKA magic underwear) be worn on the outside of the clothes...
I read somewhere (supposedly true) that on Dec. 31, 999 AD, the faithful were told that the Millennium would arrive and therefore they had no need for property. They burned their houses, carts, etc. and expectantly waited on a hilltop. Their O Sh!t moment came at 12:01 am 1000 AD.
In more modern times one preacher said that Jesus would come to earth on a certain date and a magnificent house suitable for him should be built. The congregation chipped in and a beautiful house was built. Jesus was a No Show on the specified date. The preacher told the congregation that it would be a shame to have such a lovely home go to waste, so he moved in.
And now we have this bozo. His followers give fools a bad name.
Humans love their cargo cults.
Like liberalism.
“However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows.” Matt 24:36 (NLT)
I guess he converted to Mayan while in prison. With all those Mexican gangs and all...
As he said, they’re nasty.
And I don't think He told Warren Jeffs!
Hey, you just gotta eat them raw with a little salt on them.
Twinkie shrugs.
