Does the UK give free housing to all foreigners or just to Muslims?

Foreigners dont ‘get free housing’, but those who are benefits can claim for it. Same for the native population, inc British Muslims.
About 15% of the UK lives in ‘council housing’, which are council built and owned housing areas, where the tenants pay the council weekly/monthly rent.
The better council houses are populated by skilled, working people. The worse of course are lived in by people who are underclass, the junkies, druggies, violent, criminal antisocial scum. Council houses are populated almost exclusively by working class British.
The rest of the UK (bar of course the homeless) lives in their own bought or rented private housing.
