ST. LUCIE COUNTY — A St. Lucie County Circuit Court judge has scheduled a hearing at 1 p.m. Friday for U.S. Rep. Allen West's latest St. Lucie challenge for an election recount.
By noon, about 50 Allen West supporters have showed up outside the St. Lucie County Courthouse and were chanting scathing criticisms of county Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker.
The West crowd is parading around 2nd Street with signs that say, "Count the votes," "recount now!", "don't believe the liberal media," and "what are you hiding Gertrude Walker?"
Their chants range from "Gerty is corrupt, Gerty must go," to "what do we want? Recount. When do we want it? Now."
West, who narrowly lost his District 18 bid to Democrat Patrick Murphy in unofficial results, filed a lawsuit Tuesday evening demanding the canvassing board recount all early votes before certifying the results. An amendment to the lawsuit was filed Friday morning that requests all absentee votes be recounted as well.

I think his best approach may be to continue pressure on the Florida SoS. The State Elections Division is not too happy with Gertrude Walker.
This afternoon, they will count the overseas ballots- I think they said there are only 5 or 6 to count which were received after election day. That is noticed for 3pm.
The canvassing board (County Commission Chairman, Circuit court judge, and Supervisor of elections)has the ability to decide to count all the early ballots after that, of they choose. If not, they can certify the results, and West and the voters can file a contest, and present their evidence for a recount.
That is the law. The ballots will remain impounded.

West needs a better lawyer- twice now he has tried an end around on the law, and been shot down. Maybe he isn't old enough to remember the 1500+ election 2000 hearings, but he should actually read the case law, and not embarrass his client. Cherry picking counties for a recount, and trying to stop the certification process is just what Gore tried- and FAILED at every level! If his big name NY Lawyer knew anything about Florida law, the outcome might have been different. Although a contest proceeding statewide might have forced inclusion of the 1500+ military ballots Gore got rejected. Instead they pulled this same nonsense for 37 days, and ran out the clock.

Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. (See contact information below. Please provide others in COMMENTS.)
Send them the press clippings, or personal testimonials of clear vote fraud witnessed. (Statistical aberrations are helpful too like a historical 50% turnout in 2004, 2008 but a 90% turnout in a specific precinct despite an overall LOWER state turnout.)
Demand a public recount AND investigation, with a commitment to fight to replace THEM in the next election if they do not do so.
Email/Phone/Visit EVERY WEEK if not EVERY DAY. This will take weeks of steady pressure to get them to move.
Get your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Contact the OTHER 4 states to do the same as above.
Contact the Governor and the local GOP office with the SAME pressure.

If you are in those states (or know people who are) start attempting to find OTHERS with evidence of fraud. See if you can identify the precinct judges where the statistical aberations occur to pass along to the True the Vote which is set up to sue these entities with Judicial Watch.
Try to visit (or call) your local representative asking for their help to put pressure on. It doesn’t hurt that if they don’t or won’t you make it your goal to find and fund a challenger to them for allow open and honest elections – the fabric of freedom in this country – to not only go unchallenged, but to institutionalized.
Contact your city, state and national media to keep this story alive as well. (Fox News has an email just for this at voterfraud@foxnews.com)
Help us find, fund or coordinate willing lawyers, statisticians, pollsters and activists.
I can not reiterate enough that if this is NOT CHALLENGED NOW, we will could loose the House of Representatives in 2014 and possibly every election forward to massive voter fraud. Imagine Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi reenacting the first two years of Obama’s reign with more Stimulus, Cash for Cars, Solyndra’s and ObamaCare’s.
