I’m going to Wal-Mart! Great deals and not busy!
It will be dangerous if they do this. Black Friday is crazy anyhow. People will just kick in the doors and raid the store if there are no workers. Chaos, mass chaos and I think that’s what the union wants. The unions really must be stopped.
Here’s hoping all the participants in this gag lose their jobs, and get replaced by people who appreciate being employed.
I say go for it. When the one percenters are enjoying their holidays the peons get stuck working. They have nobody to turn to so they vote Democrat. Thanksgiving is one holiday where family life should be respected.
Why would there be no workers at Walmart? Walmart is not union. That is why union organizers are calling for a boycott of Walmart.
I will definitely be at Wal-Mart on Black Friday. Anything I can do to put union goons out of business, I’m there. I can think of approx. $100. worth of stuff I need that I can buy at Wally World just as easily as anywhere else. This union crap merely makes the decision FOR me.
I’ll go every hour on the hour. It’s just around the corner.
It's not that simple. The Walton family gave millions to Obama in return for Obama signing a waiver exempting Walmart from Obamacare. The unions wanted to be the only ones exempted and are pissed. I say let all of them rot.
I never go shopping after Thanksgiving. I guess it’s never too late. I’ll go to WalMart and buy something.
The local Wal-mart is where the white trash take their kids to discipline them. I don’t shop there. The union thing isn’t enough to make me change my mind.
“So how many people will lose their jobs because of this stunt by union goons?”
Probably none.... another waste of union dues. I hope they keep it up.
Tut, tut - low prices and excellent values; that’s not the union way of doing things....
OMG I worked for 25 years for Walgreens we were open 365 days a year I worked many holidays ...... I am sorry they are a bunch of babies hundreds of thousands of people out of work and these cry babies are complaining. Cops, Firemen, Nurses, Doctors, Pilots, Flight attendants, movie places and the list goes on of people who work holidays. The union thugs need to mind their own business. Walmart has the right to run their business as they see fit I am really sick of cry babies.
Guess it didn't help
All these Liberal Boyotts are going to crash the economy LOL

Walmarts Black Friday ultimatum

Me too! I normally stay home on Black Friday because of the crowds. If Barry Benghazi’s commies and Nazis can pull this off, I will be at Walmart bright and early Black Friday morning.
“It’s not that simple. The Walton family gave millions to Obama in return for Obama signing a waiver exempting Walmart from Obamacare. “
No, that was just one son. The rest of the family supported Romney.
Rottsa Ruck idiots!
Who do they think shops at Walmart?
The Obummah constituency of course.
I had already quit going to Walmart when I learned that the Walton family donated more than one million dollars to the Obammy campaign.
No, they gave multi-millions to super pacs for the waiver, which Walmart received.
Most WalMart money was given to Republicans. It was just one of the heirs who supported Obama.
Fire them all now ad replace them
Fire them all now and replace them
And let’s not forget the unions causing the terminal closing of Hostess foods (twinkies, et al)... teamsters agreed to new terms, baker’s union refused new terms, cuts, saying they’d rather see the company close (15000 jobs lost) than work under proposed wage/pension cuts. Unions are poison, they will destroy this country, with Obama’s blessings. “Workers of the world unite”, equals destruction of all country’s economies.

So they’re going to boycott stores that employ people who are most likely overwhelmingly Obama voters? A bunch of brain surgeons these leftists are.
Tempting as it might be, I won’t be going to Walmart in response. The greater good is served by remaining at Galt’s Gulch. I almost wonder if we’ll start seeing “boycotts” from the Left as head-fakes to try to get us spending again.
I never shop on Black Friday - rarely leave the house, too much mayhem. But this year I may run down to the local Wal-Mart and buy a box or two of ammo.
We have a WalMart in town but I don’t often shop there. I’ll make a point to shop at to WalMart on Friday!
I believe WalMart donated over twice as much to Romney but I haven’t fact checked that.
“The local Wal-mart is where the white trash take their kids to discipline them. I dont shop there.”
I don’t go there, either. White and Hispanic and black kids are running down the aisles and I would have to stand in line 30 minutes to check out and I can’t stand that long. Also, in winter, it’s a great place to catch the flu.
My Kroger doesn’t allow more than two standing in line to check out. They open another line if there is more than two. There are never any kids in there. I would say it’s the place for middle and older people and it’s a pleasure not to dodge kids and customers help each other and are nice to each other.
If what I need is not food, I go to Lowes which is very near Walmart. All these places are on one street near my house.
Could I get them to shift their boycott to our local Best Buy?
I’ve got my eye on a 40” HDTV that’s in limited supply for the Black Friday sales.
/sarc (I think?)
Wal-Mart & Target are also taking heat from people like me for opening on Thanksgiving...let the employees be with their families for gosh sake! I am definitely not into the whole Black Friday thing, I stay as far away as possible from any retail areas on the Friday, Sat, & Sunday after Thanksgiving.
Why don’t we just call its “Reds Friday”. Workers of the world strike, and lose the few remaining jobs left out there.
Brilliant!
I buy my bullets at Wal Mart
with the discounts, perhaps wal-mart would actually save money? I don't understand the economics of black friday -- perhaps its volumes that make up for the lower profits?
no one is going to be kept from Walmart on Black Friday.....
can you say Chic Filet....I had no intention of going, but I’m going now.....they stole my vote but they can’t stop me...
Nice Sig MD400 that we are picking up and a coupla cheap shotguns just for fun.
memo to union con artists : kiss my unrepentant white ass !
Actually, Target is the store that will be opening on Thanksgiving evening.
Any farm with animals to tend runs 365 days a year too.
That’s even worse-—Why is he playing both sides against the middle?
I’m not going to Wal-Mart—They gave an Obama super-PAC $1 million.
An economic battlefield is emerging across America more deadly than even an undersea stalking of Russian subs by ours in the Cold War.
If a company supported Obama its got major negative points, if its union more so. Walmart may have paid its bribe money to opt out of Obamacare just the same as mob thugs out for the weekly protection money.
I think I will hit my Walmart this morning and grab about as much as I can carry of any twinkies they have left, not that I eat tyem but some people will pay more to get them soon.
Does this mean that Teamsters won’t deliver to Walmart? If that’s one of the boycotting groups, then it will create a problem. If there’s no stuff to sell... not good.
“My Kroger doesnt allow more than two standing in line to check out.”
Kroger’s donated massive amounts to Obama, and supported him in every way — including ordering employees to vote for him.
