If it’s true it would be both hugh and series. But I’ve seen the media dangle these things before us in the past; when the opposite comes to pass it’s “see, there was nothing at all to the whole thing.”
Maybe so, but Petraeus can’t be the only person in the world who knows the truth. Others will come forward if given immunity (if they don’t run into sharp-tipped umbrellas laced with polonium while canoeing in the creek in Ft. Marcy Park at night).
Everything went down contrary to Obama’s “narrative” about terrorism being crushed, and they panicked.
They conjured up a lie and peddled it for a week or more through the TV shows. The lies were drafted by Jarrett and Axelrod based on loose CIA talking points. They sifted through what they wanted to keep.
Then they sicked the MSM on Romney to deflect attention from the disaster.
For good measure, they tucked the word “terror” into the Rose Garden remarks to prepare a contingency “limited modified hang-out”. This would also be useful to shift back and forth and dodge questions throughout the election, including the 2nd debate. Back-up smoke screen was the “ongoing investigation.”
Bottom line: they panicked, they lied, and engaged in a massive cover-up to get them thru the election, aided and abetted by the MSM.
Looks just like the Watergate pattern (except help from MSM). How Obama and Clinton dishonored the caskets of those dead heros while peddling lie after lie is treason in my book.
