Would not count on the site being blocked, a prayer yours was blocked. Had a terrible time after hanging around on those arab sites. Had to buy a new computer. arabs use propaganda better than most, know computers inside and out, and will knife one at the drop a bit. Not safe on those sites. There are many ways for an okay blocked message to come up and it be a lie.
