If you've ever been to Dennys, you know that by far, the majority of employees are obamatrons.

Pull up your pants; your rear-end is showing.

I'm gravely disturbed at what I sense is this "war on hourly workers" attitude as if they're the only ones who voted Obama and deserve to suffer.

Sorry but those upper middle class yuppies made it happen. Those hourly workers weren't filling Obama's campaign coffers. They weren't at his fundraisers.

0bama’s “base” is a bunch of lazy thieves that voted for more handouts,

but those who aren’t on the dole are worse, and their reason for supporting him is far more selfish.

They support democrats because they have the need to feel righteous as a “good person”, but they don’t want to sacrifice anything for it, so they advocate for “programs” to “help the needy”, and voila, they have achieved their sense of self-righteousness.

Newz,

I don't see this necessarily as a 'war' on hourly workers, but a war on the most visible aspect of working America that takes money out of our wallets.

When I go to the store, there are relatively few 'upper middle class yuppies' bagging my groceries or selling me pants or making my McBigMac or pouring my Squishie.

I don't go into a corporate office or an office park or a faceless business to get food, or clothes, or gas, or sundries, nor even to buy electronics.

Those Bambi-bots (those with the money at least) that voted for Hope and more of our Change, are rarely an hourly public employee. We'd actually have to dig them out of their cushy salaried jobs to identify them (and I work with a number of them).

And so we take our anger and rage and disgust out on the little people (of which an ever-increasing number of us are becoming), instead of placing the blame and aim where it belongs. Not right or wrong, just the most visible means of protest against tyranny. And look for more of the same in the future.
