Huh? Gingrich succeeded enormously. Clinton, of course, after opposing him to the death, took the credit for what Gingrich did. But the GOP establishment was embarrassed by Gingrich, and when the Dems and the press started trumping up wierd charges because they were infuriated with his success, the usual go along to get along GOP establishment came out and got rid of Newt.

You don’t have a clue what you are talking about. Newt Gingrich was at the core of many reforms during the Clinton years. Newt is a remarkable politician with talents beyond what most will never understand. He has done more for the conservatives than anyone, and should be the president -elect.
