Probably true in this county. But you could have thrown about 1/2 the dem votes out and the Repubs would still have lost.
Since the Dems know which precints vote Democrat and which vote Republican, they can easily hide away the ballots from a Republican voting precinct. The Democrats had 4 years to coordinate their vote cheating efforts, no doubt they pulled out all the stops to suppress Republican votes (such as sharply reducing the military vote) and *enhancing* the Democrat vote.
