Israel may also expect repercussions from Cairo since Jabari was a favorite of the ruling Muslim Brotherhood and his death occurred the day after Egypt brokered a ceasefire in the missile offensive from the Gaza Strip. That “ceasefire” was violated Wednesday with five Grad rockets against the Eshkol district.

That is such a revealing few sentences.

Egypt negotiates a missile ceasefire. Hamas breaks the agreement within 24 hours.

Israel retaliates.

The Brotherhood is mad at Israel and they'll retaliate.

Israel has been around for 5000 years. They’ve endured bondage and slavery. And after being dispersed around the world for 2000 years, they reappeared as one people once again on the banks of the Jordan. They’ve endured Egyptian Pharoes, Roman Emperors, the Muslims and the Nazis. The eight years of Obama will be but a blink of an eye to them. I’ve been to Israel and have seen the wall that Ariel Sharon put up despite the demands of the world to tear it down.
