I understand that she is an Intelligence Officer(LTC)in the U.S. Army Reserve. If so, she has a Top Secret Clearance but we don’t know what access she is authorized.
Regardless, it should not be on her personal computer. I'm sure a lot of the cyber security regs have changed since I was in, but even then, there was a long and lengthy process to have a government computer accredited for classified info. I'm not sure if there even were any provisions for a personal computer to be accredited.
If she had that high a clearance she should have known better than keep that sort of documents at her HOUSE.
That stuff is REQUIRED to be under approved lock and key, at an approved facility.
She’s not authorized to take it home; unless she lives in a SCIF or something. That would be instant loss of clearance, job, less than honorable discharge... if not jail time for most.
I’ve not seen what branch she is. Assumption is she is MI, possibly CA. Also, have not seen what unit to which she is assigned. Anyone know for sure? Some of the lingo I’ve seen quoted from her just do not ring true for someone with 15+ years in.
