THANK YOU!! I've been screaming at the top of my lungs, ask Obama WHEN he gave the directive...Yet only a few here picked up on it and NOBODY in the MSM!

This is where Obama's screwed because there has to be some kind of paper trail or someone heard him say it or NOT say it. Furthermore, even if he did give a directive, why was it not immediately followed?

The key is "WHEN" was the directive issued?
