Petraeus and Broadwell are working together on something (other folks too...working on something big).From this point on, I encourage you to use your imagination to develop this general theory.Petraeus has a plan, but it requires him to exit the Agency and the Administration and do so with cover (i.e. under disgrace...a simple resignation for personal reasons would attract attention...raise questions).
The trigger to put the play in action is to use a person/friend (Kelley) to turn the FBI onto a constructed (i.e. false) story knowing that Obama won't spill the beans until after the election...though the FBI and AG, like the President, see the story, but also think it is genuine.
Petraeus sits on the story until 3 days after the election (an election which was, as predicted, stolen by voter fraud)
The trigger accidentally (or perhaps as planned) pulls Gen John Allen into the plot.

This is good...and I have been thinking, if Jill was having an affair with Gen. Allen, why would she dare go to FBI over Broadwell, knowing that she could expose herself and Gen Allen...something just isn’t making sense.
