Michael Savage has identified several loop holes.
1. One option is to become Amish, Mennonite, Christian Scientist or Muslim - get membership in a religious group that doesn’t believe in medical insurance, and you have an out.
2. Be too poor to pay the fine - they cannot penalize you if you qualify for programs for the very poor. Then don’t buy the insurance, even if offered a subsidy.
3. Join a Christian medical bill sharing ministry, which is considered insurance in the US though Tennessee recently ruled it is not. Medishare is one.

I have heard that Unions are exempt. So lets start a Christian Union with a $1 per month dues to pay for one person to handle the enrollment / web page.
