“But Mollie Hemingway asks a good question: Why are we getting two different versions of what this guy’s core motive was? Is someone retaliating against him by trying to ruin his reputation?”

I have a hard time believing Broadwell threatened Kelley. The rest of this makes no sense.

So, it’s thru the shirtless guy that Rep. David Reichert found out and then Eric Cantor.
Some of the pieces are starting to come together, but there are lots more.

So basically, our military and intelligence top brass are a bunch of adolescent frat boys who can’t keep their hands off other men’s wives. That just might be the reason we no longer can win wars with 17th century Muslims in countries so poor they can’t afford outhouses.

The Founders had it right when they did not want a standing army. Every state should have its own defense by an organized state militia. It would be hilarious to see the outfits put together by the ObamaNation. No doubt, they would emphasize diversity and would be composed of homosexuals and women and one-legged pygmies.

he suspected a politically motivated cover-up to protect President Obama.

My suspicion is that the opposite is true...I think it is actually the motivation of the agent to aid and abet Obama.

Seems like Abbe Lowell is already at work and leaking the defense strategy to the NYT.

“Later, the agent became convinced — incorrectly, the official said — that the case had stalled. Because of his “worldview,” as the official put it, he suspected a politically motivated cover-up to protect President Obama.”

How exactly did she have "a previous encounter with the F.I.B. office"

I would bet the WH is blackmailing these people. By the exposure of Petraeus, it also exposes those things that don’t seem to make a lot of sense in the last few years.

Like the Roberts decision.

I wonder if Boehner is being blackmailed? Food for thought.

Petraeus has become Odungo’s Monica. The first three pages of any newspaper is filled with stories engulfing more and more people. Meanwhile Odungo remains untouched,Holder recently admitted that none of this info was passed on to Odungo.....?????. A presidential appointee (head of CIA) who’s been under investigation for months by the FBI.....AND Odungo knows nothing.
So we can all expect more and more scandal to fill the front page while Odungo gets away with supplying arms to the brotherhood and ALQ.....

Why haven’t we seen any photos of this shirtless FBI guy? Shirtless or not, where is he? Beginning to doubt this version.

Because of his “worldview

This has a familiar ring to it.

Chief Justice John Roberts exchanged his duty to take decisions based on the law with his notion of how things should be in spite of the law.

If it is acceptable for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, it may not be too much to ask for it to be acceptable by an unnamed F.B.I. Agent, or even Four Star Generals for that matter.

They are asking why we are getting two different stories about the guy’s motivation? How about why we have gotten different stories about the whole three ring circus, from start to finish?

First we were told that Kelley was an unpaid State Dept worker. Now we find out that she was a volunteer for the Wounded Warrior project.

The explanation for the two stories on the FBI agent are simple, he used his position to unlawfully open an investigation for a friend. There was nothing in those emails to warrant FBI involvement, no threats, nothing except criticism of the woman’s behavior and conduct. Heck, it turns out that Broadwell was right, the woman had over stepped her position and was getting too friendly with some of the members of the military.
