Devlin Barrett of WSJ is on with Shep Smith right now saying that the Broadwell e-mails went to Jill Kelley and that because she had a prior relationship “of some kind” with a local Tampa FBI agent, Jill contacted him and he brought in the FBI cyber-crimes unit.
