What you don’t see is anyone in the House making public comments about fraud....which used to be an easy way to convene and kick a guy out of the House. In this case...no one cares.
I imagine that folks are lining up to be appointed by the Governor after Jackson Jr gets his pass to some mental hospital. My bet? His wife gets appointed.

I agree, I’d much rather have him keep his seat until January 2015. He was, after all, elected, and you can’t overrule the will of the voters, now can you? And it will be just a happy coincidence that his “NOT VOTED” on every single measure before the House will provide the best voting record we could possibly get from that über-Democrat CD.
