What’s the bounty for Wile E. Coyote?
Heads are no doubt exploding in Asheville, lol. How to rationalize peaceful, harmonious indigenous people behaving in such a manner?
My money’s on blaming bad karma from their siding with the Confederacy.
Around 91 or 92 I was working at a retreat in the Western N.C. mountains.
One day I had visited Asheville and was returning home. I stopped at the mall for some reason and noticed maybe a hundred Indians. They were all dressed in war paint and just hanging around.
I wondered if they were engaging in some type of protest etc. They really did look a bit scary tho none of them were acting hostile.
I later learned they were Indians from Cherokee and were working as extras for the movie, “Last of the Mohicans” which was being filmed a few miles away.
Sitting in a deer stand late, late afternoon, the time of day the big, once in a lifetime buck is apt to step out into your field and here comes a coyote, I’ll shoot him every time and end the day with out the big buck maybe that’s why I’ve never killed the monster buck just can’t let a coyote cross my field. The Cherokees have it right.
Heads up progressive coyotes .... us conservatives are good with guns, $25 will buy a lot of ammo and ridding the world of a bunch of coyotes will be considered good for society.
Yesterday I fed a coyote to my buzzards. It was a relatively easy shot at 100 yards with a .308 and was quickly lethal. The buzzards found it within an hour and have feasted upon it since. “Buzzards got to eat too..”
If I kill some in Ohio, I wonder if they’ll take them.
I’m looking for work, maybe I ought to take my .22LR rifle and take the tribe up on its offer.
60 years ago California had a 45 bounty on them!
San Bernadino had a 5 cent bounty on blue jays and I uaed to shoot them for target practice with a .22 and the bounty paid for the ammunition!
