Small business owner Judy Nichols, a Papa John's franchise owner, told FOX and Friends today that she will be forced to cut her staffing or pay an Obamacare fine of $40,000 that she cannot afford. Nichols says, "Every restaurant you eat at is impacted negatively by the new health care law."

I expect to have no job within the next 4 years.....I'm a healthcare worker and the company I've been working for since '99 has been shrinking since '05.....We have one facility left.

Papa John's Location #1 and Papa John's Location #2 -- which have different owners and are located in adjacent towns -- cut a deal to share their staff so each one can hire employees for up to 20 hours/week and schedule them on alternating days so the employees get a full 40-hour week and neither employer has to provide insurance under the Obamacare mandate.
They should have been out in full force over a year ago.
The restuarant business is notoriously liberal and Obama Voters. They did this to themselves. To help starve the beast I refuse to go out to eat since this election. We used to go out at least 3 times a week, many weeks every night, but why should I continue to feed those that vote for Marxism? My hatred has boiled over. No more feeding those that desire to harm me.
I have been on this since No Balls Boner cried at his swearing in ceremony.
The dirty secret of the entrenched GOPe leadership is that they really don’t want to fix things.
1. Trying to fix things, or fixing things, is actually DOING SOMETHING.
2. DOING SOMETHING is very dangerous in DC as it gives the other side and the media - whom the GOPe have desperate hopes to make out with at the end of the day - ammo to politically destroy you with.
3. DOING SOMETHING and FIXING IT also takes the issue off the table to use against Democrats.
4. Young and new republican politicians try to bash against them but to no avail. They may genuinely want change and really want to fix things but they don’t have the power and are not yet as concerned about their own asses as much as 10-12 termers are, and they have no power to get their plans into action, as the GOPe run it all.
It’s the same mentality of the “cure this or that” groups have. They don’t want to cure anything. They want to fundraise and keep their jobs and rake in more money than they did last year. they have a lot of volunteers and young folks who sincerely believe they are there to find a cure, so there’s real plausible deniability.
This is just the beginning.

You’re right, they are all in cahoots, the GOP are out saying how we need to work with Obama, Bill Krystol said Obama has a mandate for taxes, Newt Gingrich was saying how he was shocked by the election and feels we must work together, BS, the GOP has been infiltrated by traitors complacent to the collective rears of the libtards, I am looking at you George and Papa Bush, they had a majority and did nothing about illegals nor advanced any Conservative ideals, traitors!
Stocking up on health care / longevity books, I think eating like a saint, exercising and prepping will be the ultimate revenge, not that we are into that, as they destroy the machine to rebuild it in their image, the beast they will build will consume them. Their Hubris is amazing.....

I know, it seems as if the GOP compromised with the democrats, reading how Romney’s machine just stopped functioning on election day, what? It’ scary! It’s as if the outcome was predetermined! It’s as if the map of the United States’ with red areas is a battleground map of where they need to infiltrate with illegals, libtards, and fraud, the democrats are still confederates, they just laid low and changed their name, and the blacks helped them win, wake up blacks, you’re still their slaves, what has come of this nation!
