When the left thought Romney was going to pick Rubio . . . they were already attacking him saying he lied in his book about his upbringing and he wears a toupe. No matter who we choose, they will slander and lie and attack attack attack.
I agree, Rubio for Senate leader, not DeMint although he is good, I prefer Rubio.
I wouldn’t agree with Cantor for the House, too much like Boner. Not sure who in the House. I would have supported Mike Pence, but he left.
I honestly believe that Romney campaign told Tea Party higher-ups and Sarah too, thanks but no thanks, we don’t need or want your public support. Then what they did to Ron Paul didn’t help either.
Republicans will try to more like Dems in the coming years it seems.

No thanks, I have given the GOP more than enough time to do the right thing. I will vote third party from now on. If there’s a Conservative party to vote for, good, but if not, I’ll choose from what is left, as long as it isn’t Dem or GOP. I didn’t leave the GOP, they left me.

When will half the people in this country realize that no President can do anything about their precious abortion? - But, when will the “Party of Tolerance” allow people who want to discourage the murder of babies to express that opinion?! To encourage alternatives, adoption, etc. - To express the opinion that abortion/murder of the unborn is bringing the wrath of God down on this country!? Hurricane Sandy was a gargantuan disaster, but I think if we continue on this path WITH NO DISSENT ALLOWED AND DISMISSED AS HATE SPEECH - we ain’t seen NUTHIN’ yet to what’s coming.
Of course we need new conservative leadership - and that comes from participating in the party at all levels.
And, obviously we need better candidates - we had a very weak field to choose from.
But we are not victims of the ‘elite.’
