Thanks for the tip. I downloaded it for $9.50, annotated 2012 printing for my Nook reader.

I knew a lot of these details from other sources but haven’t read anything that is this comprehensive. We’ve had a lot of myths about presidents from Wilson the benevolent to Hoover the Malevolent, the Kennedy mythology, the myth of Reagan the Dumb, the myth of the Clintons and now the truly malevolent and dangerous myth of the fascist obama.
