There wasn’t 140% turnout; there was 70% turnout, and each voter got two ballots (only one of which had any particular race).
Congressman West should keep fighting so that every vote is counted correctly and any illegal votes are thrown out, and hopefully at the end of the day he will be reelected, but we gain nothing by repeating the canard that turnout was 140%.
