yeah, but judges dont abide by that silly old idea of jury nullification any more. They still do; they just really, really hate it.
They are trying to end it, but once they do the game's up: the authority to decide guilt includes the power to say 'not guilty.'

yeah, but judges dont abide by that silly old idea of jury nullification any more. If jury nullification is voided, then juries become nothing but a rubber stamp for the State. Of course, not to say it won't happen considering how the Obama Regime treats the Constitution like so much Charmin.
